In addition to providing resource material and programs for students enrolled at this school, Beverly Hills Intensive English Centre is committed to providing resources for students and teachers in NSW public schools. In particular we are developing strategies to provide online support to new arrival students and their teachers.

This website is also providing resources and information to NSW High School students studying for the HSC in the Area of Study: The Journey . . . This incorporates the journeys (stories) of our own students.

These are some of our resources currently available. As we develop new resources these will be added to the site. These resources are used with students attending Beverly Hills Intensive English Centre (BHIEC) and are included because of their effectiveness in achieving student language outcomes.

At BHIEC the English as a second language (ESL) curriculum is taught through the Key Learning Areas (KLAs). Teachers will find these resources of use to both ESL and English speaking background students (ESB) who need explicit language and literacy support. The resources available below are applicable to use with a range of age/stage students and relate to the NSW curriculum.
